We went for an ultrasound this morning and it ended with me being admitted to the hospital at 24 weeks and 4 days. Baby A's cord Doppler reading was higher than last week. It was still in the "normal" range but higher then before. This is normal, someone probably rolled over the cord or grabbed it. I was admitted for monitoring.
While being monitored baby a's heart rate was all over the place for about 30 min. She recovered and there haven't been any scares since but, I have a feeling that I will be here until I deliver. I have another ultrasound in the am sometime.
I am feeling the stress of the past month. I don't know if you can ever be prepared for a long hospital stay but the longer the babies can stay inside the better. I know that Brian and I would never be dealt a hand that we cannot handle and I know we are not the first to face these challenges. I appreciate all the love and support that everyone has been sending our way. Thank you for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers!!
